Constructed from laminated bamboo, the award’s stacked geometric shapes - a cog, hex bolt, and socket motif - reflect the tools of the trade and the spirit of craftsmanship. Finished in contrasting black, grey, and vibrant yellow, each layer is direct-printed and precision-cut for maximum impact. The plinth is designed for personalisation, allowing the recipient’s name or achievement to be proudly displayed.
