Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the despatch date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalised or bespoke goods can only be returned if the product has a fault through manufacture or has arrived damaged. In this instance, the delivery MUST be signed as damaged and our team informed within 12 hours of reciving the award package.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a returns number provided by one of our staff. You can request a returns number from sales@moreawards.co.uk

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

There is often some processing time before an exchange is posted. Please contact us at sales@moreawards.co.uk. to discuss a time scale.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@moreawards.co.uk and send your item to: Unit 2 Southern Works, Newport Industrial Estate, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 8EX, United Kingdom.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 2 Southern Works, Newport Industrial Estate, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 8EX, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
 If you are shipping an item over £25.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
