The more information you can share, the better we can suggest materials, finishes, and designs that perfectly match your event.
Our in-house design team will work closely with you to ensure your awards are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time. You’ll receive a digital proof to review before production begins, with up to three complimentary revisions included.
What we’ll ask you for...
To make the process simple, the form is broken down into a few easy steps:
Your Event & Awards - tell us about your event date, quantities, and any inspiration you already have.
Design Details - upload logos (PDF or EPS preferred), share branding guidelines, and describe the look you’re aiming for.
Award Wording - if your awards include names or categories, we’ll ask for this in a spreadsheet to keep everything clear and accurate.
What happens next?
Once we receive your submission, we’ll prepare a tailored quotation. You’ll then get a digital proof to approve. Production begins after sign-off and payment, with typically a 2-week lead time. Awards are dispatched via tracked 24-hour courier within the UK, and we also arrange secure international shipping worldwide.
