Terms and Conditions
Please complete all parts of this digitally editable form below. The information provided on this form must be accurate and precise. Once complete we will be able to provide you an accurate quotation as well as a digital proof for you to review with up to 3 free revisions.
Once you are happy to proceed you will be required to sign off the order and confirm that all information provided is correct and to your complete satisfaction. Any further changes will incur charges so please ensure everything is as you want it. Changes/corrections will also delay the manufacturing process and you may not receive your order when expected. More Creative accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any mistakes, misspellings or errors once the final proof is signed off.
Please note as per our terms and conditions we will not be able to place any orders into manufacture until payment has been received. We kindly ask you to consider our minimum 2 week production schedule when arranging payment in relation to your event deadline. All winning information must be provided 5 working days before dispatch, all blank awards will still be processed and chargeable if winning information is not provided in time. Artwork & Files
We have our own in house design team who will assist you throughout your order, we create on-brief, on-brand, on-budget and on-time bespoke awards and trophies that help make your event even more memorable.
All we ask from you is to provide the images and logos in the correct file format; PDF or EPS. If the logo is not in this format we can offer to redraw these for you at an extra cost. Brand guidelines are also useful if available. We ask you that all winning information to be provided in a simple legible spreadsheet as early as possible.

Delivery Details
We require full payment prior to the dispatch of any awards or medals, we dispatch all of our awards on a tracked 24 hour delivery service within the UK mainland. Damage to any goods from delivery must be reported within 12 hours and signed for as damaged with the courier.
For deliverys to hotels or event venues you the customer will need to be present to sign for the order. Although we send our awards through a priority service please allow plenty of time prior to your event.
