    No, personalisation is included as standard with all of our bespoke awards and trophies. This typically covers elements such as logos, winner names, award titles, event details, and dates all professionally engraved or printed as part of the design.

    We know that recognition is personal, and our in-house team ensures every award is finished with the details that matter most.

    In some cases, additional customisation options such as metallic finishes, layered components, extra printed elements, or interchangeable inserts may involve an extra charge, depending on the complexity and materials involved.

    We have a minimum order quantity for our Off-the-shelf, which is designed for events needing multiple trophies with consistent branding and style.

    For more tailored recognition, our Bespoke awards are available as one-off commissions. These are perfect for special presentations or unique achievements where only a single, standout piece is required.

    Please note that individually commissioned bespoke awards are priced higher to reflect the time and expertise involved in creating something completely original - from concept and material selection to design, finishing, and assembly.

  • How much do bespoke awards and trophies cost?

    We understand that every awards event has a different budget, and we always aim to create something exceptional, on-brand, and within your desired price range.

    The cost of a Bespoke award depends on several factors, including the materials used, the number of components, the size and complexity of the design, the amount of CNC cutting, laser work, polishing, engraving or printing required, and how long it takes to assemble, clean and pack.

    Thanks to our in-house design expertise and deep understanding of materials and production processes, we’re able to offer creative solutions that maximise impact while staying on budget.

    As a guide, bespoke awards typically range from £70 to several hundred pounds each, with some large-scale or highly complex pieces reaching £1,000 or more.

  • How long does it take to get my awards?

    For our Off-the-shelf awards, the typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, from the moment you place your order to the day it’s delivered. These awards are ready-to-finish designs that we personalise to suit your event.

    For Bespoke awards, which are designed and crafted from scratch, the process usually takes around 3-4 weeks. This allows time for creative development, design approval, material preparation, production, finishing, and quality checking.
